Dr. Erica Pearson

For Dr. Erica Pearson, chiropractic is more than a profession, it’s personal. After undergoing 13 failed back surgeries, she spent years dealing with pain and physical limitations. It was through her own experience with chiropractic care that she finally found meaningful improvement with her back and a new perspective on what was possible for her health. That experience changed the course of her life and ultimately inspired her to become a chiropractor herself.

Dr. Pearson graduated from Parker University in 2024 and has continued to pursue advanced training in neurologically focused chiropractic care. She is Advanced Proficiency certified in Torque Release Technique (TRT) and is passionate about providing gentle, individualized care for patients of all ages.

Her own journey has shaped the way she cares for her patients today. Dr. Pearson understands how frustrating it can be when pain or health challenges interfere with the things you want to do, and she believes patients deserve to feel heard rather than treated as a collection of symptoms. Her approach focuses on the relationship between the spine, nervous system, and overall health, with care tailored to each patient’s individual needs and goals.

Through On Wave, Dr. Pearson’s goal is to create a warm and welcoming environment where individuals and families feel supported in their health.
